Modani Furniture was founded in 2007, in Wynwood, Miami, by Nathan Cohen, Steven Athea and Yonel Fellous.[1] In June 2016, 7 branches were opened in New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco.[2] In 2013, the company paid $3.8M for a large warehouse building in Miami situated near W. Dixie Highway. The 111,691-square-foot industrial facility was purchased from Miron Building Products Co.[
